WORK PLACE ASCO MOTOR WORKPLACE PROCESSES ERANET SYSTEM Records Technician time on the job allocated Monitors allocated time vs. real time of service, repairs etc. Allocate Daily Technician Workshop Schedule, tech hours availability. Pre-plan through Appointment and booking system Head Office & Management can monitor the technician performance and productivity.

  5. WORK PLACE ASCO MOTOR WORKPLACE PROCESSES TECHNICIANS & JOB ALLOCATION Technicians are allocated to jobs based on; 1. The workload heavy, medium, light jobs 2. Skills & Knowledge 3. Training Taken & Product Knowledge 4. Levels of Qualification recognised by Toyota.

WORK PLACE ASCO MOTOR TECHNICIANS & LEVELS OF QUALIFICATION It is a requirement for Toyota to train all its technicians according to Toyota Levels and Standards; Technicians must attend trainings, study and pass exams in order to be a certified Toyota Technician LEVELS 1. Toyota Technician Certification 2. Pro-Technician Certification 3. Toyota Diagnosis Tech (Engine, Electrical, Power) 4. Toyota Master Technician Trainings are held in Fiji, Australia and PNG Toyota Training Centres.
