N95 Respirator Certification FDA Registration: Approved NIOSH EUA: Expect 3 weeks (National Institute of Occupational Safety & Health USA (Emergency Use Authorization) CE: Approved TGA: Expect Dec 2020 (Australian) MDA Malaysia: Expect 3 weeks Sirim (cyto-toxity test): Passed ISO 13485: Approved Halal Certification: In progress Jakim
Certification allows N95 export to which countries 1) FDA registration & NIOSH EUA authorization : USA 2) CE approval: Europe 3) TGA approval: Australia 4) MDA approval: Malaysia
N95 new 11 x lines (each line max 1 mil pcs a month) ordered and schedule 1) Notion Johor: 4 x N95 lines with 4 mil pcs a month 2) Notion Klang: 7 x N95 lines with 7 mil pcs a month 9 (2 lines are setting up) 3) Machinery ordered from China expected delivery end Dec 2020 and set up running Jan 2021 ASP expected RM2 to 3 a piece N95 Expected monthly sales: RM27.5 mil impacting Q2 FY2021 (Jan to Mar) and onwards Assuming same ASP and demand, FY2021 sales expected: RM220 mil from N95
Nitrile Gloves trading target contribution 1) Dec 2020: forecast 1.5 mil boxes @ ASP USD9+ a box: RM55 mil est (Q1 FY2021) 2) Jan 2021: forecast 3 mil boxes @ ASP USD9.50+ a box: RM115 mil est (Q2 FY2021) 3) Feb to Mar 2021: forecast 2 mil boxes each month: RM154 mil est (Q2 FY2021) 4) Q3 FY2021: est 8 mil boxes in quarter: RM308 mil est 5) Q4 FY2021: est 8 mil boxes in quarter: RM308 mil est These are purely target estimates and actual sales may differ from these figures.
Nitrile Gloves manufacturing 9 glove lines contribution 1) Q3 FY2021: 2 lines ready: 400,000 boxes: RM12 mil 2) Q4 FY2021: 4 lines ready; 1,200,000 boxes: RM34 mil 3) Q1 FY2022: 3 lines ready: 1,500,000 boxes; RM43 mil 4) Q2 FY2022: 5,400,000 boxes: RM153 mil 5) Q3 FY2022: 5,400,000 boxes: RM153 mil 6) Q4 FY2022: 5,400,000 boxes: RM153 mil Again these are target estimates and the actual output of our lines may differ.
EMS vacuum cleaner Alu tubes contribution Q2 FY2021 onwards: 600,000 to 1 mil pieces a month of tubes with ASP RM5 to RM10 a tube Part of localization of components from overseas to Malaysia Involves extrusion, heat treatment, cold drawn and stamping Anodising surface treatment Another high valued project is a earphone device is expected to commence in Q3 FY2021
