In FY24, a total of 344 households received support to transition to permanent housing, with 241 households having children. Additionally, a mix of subsidized and market-rate housing types were provided, with 46% subsidized and 54% market rate. Grant funds totaling $210,000 were allocated towards furniture, rental support, staffing, and utility arrearages. The Trans Resilience Fund, sponsored by the Gender Justice Fund, made 11 grants in FY24, including housing support for organizations like Ark of Safety and Attic Youth Center.

HAFI Grantee Outcomes FY24 HAFI Grantee Outcomes FY24 Trans Resilience Fund grant Trans Resilience Fund grant In September 2023, the HAFI Board approved a one year grant to the Trans Resilience Fund, a pooled fund using a participatory grantmaking process, sponsored by the Gender Justice Fund. A committee of trans and non-binary community members set grant guidelines and made funding decisions. In FY2024, the Trans Resilience Fund made 11 grants, including five that included housing support: Ark of Safety Attic Youth Center Eastern PA Trans Equity Project The Welcome Project PA Valley Youth House- Pride Program
