Problem of Analysis Identity, formulate legal researches, principles, case laws enactments to reach conclusions over the legal problems. 3. Design/development of solution Design solutions for complex legal problems identifying Socio, economic, cultural and environmental consideration. 4. Investigation Conduct investigations of complex problems using research based knowledge and research methods including analysis of information to provide valid conclusions. 5. Modern Technology Usage As a legal practiciner to be award and the applications of technological advantages for the betterment of the profession. 3

RECRUITMENT PROCESS - OFFICER CADETS Preliminary Interview To determine Educational qualifications Physical standards Personality attributes Second Interview and Officer Quality Test Designed to test the physical and mental abilities Required to perform activities decided by the Interview Board within a stipulated time Preliminary Medical Test Required to answer question papers of English, General Intelligence, General Knowledge and Psychology for testing their academic performance and assess their psychological conditions Final Interview Interviewed by a Selection Committee headed by a representative from Ministry of Defence Final Medical Test To ensure that the applicants possess the required medical standards 17
