  20. CONCLUSION In conclusion from the findings of the study, auditing of physical planning and building control laws is vital. As the performance will be checkmated to ensure smooth running of development control units. The need for amendment of existing laws as well as enlightenment has to be done for states who haven t implement the physical planning law and, to ensure health and safety of lives and properties.
