Lesson Summary ADM Papp noted that there are many important leadership tenets but he focused on three: Understand that you must complete the mission Remember that your people are more important than you Remember to listen He spoke of his career as a Commanding Officer and the difficulty in getting junior members to answer questions until one did and he answered slowly and completely.
