Project Flow Unit teams 2 GAs Site Owner/Leader Web Team Member Step 1: Unit reviews index of site, checks what to convert GAs/Web team prepare draft UI/Homepage Step 2: Meet with site owner to discuss conversion selections and get direction on UI/Homepage Step 3: Assign pages and convert! Step 4: Approval of unit, web team review, and GO LIVE!
