Washington State Landlord Relief and Tenant Programs Overview
Washington State Department of Commerce offers various programs to assist landlords and tenants, including the Landlord Mitigation Program, Damage Relief Program, and Statewide Vendor Registration. Landlords can receive financial assistance for damages, unpaid rents, and repairs. Tenants benefit from state-funded programs like the Tenancy Preservation Program and Survivor Relief Program. Accepting funds from these programs may restrict landlords from legal actions. Explore the opportunities provided by the state to support housing stability and community well-being.
