Enhancing Mediation in the Tenant Farming Sector

Sarah Allen, Head of Tenant Farming, leads initiatives to promote mediation in the tenant farming sector, aiming to improve relationships between landlords and tenants. The Tenant Farming Commissioner under the Land Reform Act 2016 encourages mediation for resolving complex disputes.
