Revitalize and transform a church space to better serve the community with updated facilities for prayer, outreach, education, and social gatherings. The vision includes a beautiful church, meeting rooms, contemplative spaces, an outreach center, social housing, childcare facilities, and accessibility improvements. The goal is to create an open, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all ages and abilities to gather, pray, learn, and grow together.

Sell two and build a beautiful church and meeting rooms and chapel for contemplation Current spaces/buildings are not fit for purpose and we struggle to be together as a full community/communities Beautiful, contemplative and prayerful spaces are needed Need an open welcoming place for hospitality: outreach function room/s open to everyone A Centre for outreach, garden, soup kitchen, food bank, commercial kitchen, advice,

  2. continued Hall for schools as part of new building Prayer room Blessed Sacrament chapel so we can pray in front of Blessed sacrament Multiple and multi purpose rooms/hall space to accommodate growing communities improved ready built parking spaces Art room, music room for rehearsals, AV room for making videos, you tube Recording studio for musicians young and older

Continued Keep land and use church land for social housing or housing for the older people Church open all during the week so people can drop in and pray Open and welcoming so people will want to come in Artwork, designs that reflect diversity, ethnic backgrounds, culture, bi cultural country, Te Tiriti Modern and classic architecture stained glass windows, gardens, trees or lawn, play ground area Counselling/small meeting spaces that are safeguarding passed

Children, young people and families Caf for mothers groups Comfortable spaces for Passionist Family groups and other groups Children s spaces for liturgy, play,development and freedom: little chairs and tables, permanent spaces for art, gluing, making things, creativity Space for a Catholic pre school (not one in Wellington) Places for toys, books, bean bags left as permanent fixtures Youth drop in room to chill and be A place where we can have youth friendly relevant liturgies, concerts, performances, ways, space to belong Place where Year 8 s can identify and meet when they go to College

  5. Physical improvements Wheel chair access and comfort: access for differing abilities Hearing loop and visual improvements/equipment Replace pews with 2-3 seaters with cushioned seats Some Individual chairs with arms for ease of sitting and standing Modern graded Ampi-theatre - for ease of access to altar and viewing what is happening Screens in church and open areas
