Once you ve assigned a prompt to each member of your team, ask they come prepared to share during the surprise virtual celebration (and remember to keep it a surprise!) Schedule the meeting so it s on everyone s calendar (keep the title secret Ex. Team Update or Exciting News ) and fill out this PowerPoint template with the correct names. Share your screen at the start of the call and announce why you re really there today to celebrate a year of greatness of joining the university!
