  5. Statutes Article 3: members The present full members of the Consortium are the following European institutions of higher education training engineers. (in alphabetic order): Remove: list of institutions Add: characteristics and requirements Article 7: Resources - Expenditure - Financial Year The annual account will be professionally audited. 5

Statutes Appendix I Associate Members Article 1 g) Associate members have a reduced annual fee (1500 ); they do not vote in the General Assembly. h) Associate members may be invited to join and participate in the activities of departments, task forces and working groups Article 2: list of Associate Members (remove) 6
