  1. Keywords and Artificial Intelligence in Resumes

  2. What are keywords? How is AI used in job searches? Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) scan your digital resume for certain words. In order for your resume to even be looked at by a hiring manager, it must contain words relevant to their interests. Keywords can be drawn from job description/job posting you re applying to, as well as industry-related terms. Ask yourself: Have they mentioned a particular skill or responsibility they re looking for in candidates? Is there work experience from an ideal work position that s been mentioned? 98% of Fortune 500 companies use ATS keywords in their hiring process. 50% of mid-sized companies use them as well.* *https://www.livecareer.com/resources/resumes/how-to/write/ai-friendly-resume-for-bots
