What is a View on Libguide? A view is any time someone visits the homepage of a guide, a page of a guide, or a click on the specific asset (a link). xwi7xwa.library.ubc.ca Things that don t count as views: Clicks from the edit page of libguides If you see the orange command bar at the top of your window Clicks during preview mode. Select the guide you d like to analyze or all my guides (If you select all my guides , make sure to put published in the status section to show the published guides.) 2. Select whether you want to look at daily or monthly usage 3. Select the date range for your report 4. Statistic on Specific Assets The other way to view statistics for a specific asset is to search specifically for the asset. At the top of the libguides statistics page, switch from Guides to Assets. Xwi7xwa Library 1985 West Mall, Vancouver, BC V6T 1Z2 604 822 8738
Statistic on Specific Assets If you search all assets, you ll see all the assets UBC Library has in all of their libguides. So you ll want to search by asset name. To search, begin typing the same of the asset you have in mind to look at. Once you have found your asset, select your time frame and run the report.
