The answers. Individuals or groups should be treated fairly and equally, especially in relation to issues such as race, gender, disability, religion or age. A fair and objective attitude toward those whose opinions, beliefs, attitudes and practices differ from your own Acceptance and mutual respect for all people. Diversity recognises and values people s differences. Future developments and changes that will not damage the environment, but create economic growth to benefit the lives of people and the world.
