  5. What does Charisma mean ? Charisma is the quality of being able to attract, charm, inspire and influence people around you by your personal qualities. It is usually easy to identify when someone is charismatic.

  6. Read the article about Charisma in the next slide and put the first sentences of each paragraph in the correct gap. A. Steve Jobs regularly gives talks all over the world to people. He encourages them and tells them that dreams come true if they believe in themselves and work hard. He inspires young people because he has a special quality charisma. 2. .People often misunderstand what charisma is. While celebrity of overrated Hollywood stars think of it as a kind of fame, charisma is relatively rare. It is a kind of magic where charismatic personalities are able to attract people, draw their attention towards positive personal qualities, and succeed in getting themselves seen as a leader. 3. . People see leaders as a source of inspiration that offers a vision of a better future. But is charisma good or bad? There are many examples of people who use charisma in a positive way like the celebrities who use their position to attract public s attention towards difficult situations in many countries. 4. . In the business world, many top business executives have misused their charisma and acted in a way that greatly damaged their companies. Some have even been arrested for their crimes, and we can all think of famous people who have disappointed millions of fans with their actions. 5. . It certainly is when it causes us to lose our critical judgement, and this is frequently the case. When we choose to admire someone, it is important to consider whether they have the knowledge, wisdom and experience to improve things. That is what really matters.
