  9. DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL SERVICES Treasury Fund Composition and Loans Projections for 2021

  10. Assumptions for Projections DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL SERVICES Treasury Fund Composition and Loans Not having payment plans or an indication as to when quota payments will be received, prevents the Secretariat to make accurate projections. General Standards require that member states pay their current quotas on the first day of the fiscal year or provide a payment plan. The General Secretariat has only received 1 payment plan and 5 payments in full from member states for 2021. Anticipated quota collections are projected according to Member States payment plans and payment history.

  11. Assumptions for Projections DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL SERVICES Treasury Fund Composition and Loans Projections do not include current quota payments of USD 19.3 millions from Member States with arrears at the beginning of 2021 and without payment plans. Projections exclude pending quotas in arrears of USD 29.5 millions from Member States. For cash flow purposes, Quotas paid in advance of USD 9.03 millions received in 2020 and prompt payment credits of USD 0.46 millions are not considered (no impact on cash flow). Projected outflows are based on obligation levels, scheduled disbursements, and past trends; otherwise they are allocated evenly throughout the year.
