  2. In general In general ALMOST any letter is better than no letter. Handwritten letters are more effective than handwritten postcards. Handwritten pro-voting messages are more effective than handwritten pro-candidate messages. We are writing to people who often don t vote or care much about politics so what s meaningful to you may not be meaningful to them.
