MISSION Groups that thrive focus outward, sharing the gospel and meeting the needs of others. Being on mission together prioritizes our kingdom purpose of Christlike influence.

DISCIPLESHIP Groups that thrive help each other follow Jesus faithfully. This is both individual and corporate. Members of healthy groups help each other study and obey God s word.

COMMUNITY Groups that thrive learn to love unconditionally. True community leads members to take responsibility for each other, replacing their own convenience with commitment to others.

There is a holy cause and effect in ministry. If we will make the training of the saints our holy cause, the effect is a healthy church . We are not merely suggesting there is a relationship between equipping and health. We are declaring that equipping causes health. Equipping is the work of leadership.
