Revolution Revolution is the movement of an object in space around another object. Natural Sciences and Technology - Grade 6
Moon Revolution 28 days to revolve once around the Earth. It travels in an anticlockwise direction for 30 or 31 days in a month. Revolves in its own orbit (path around Earth). For half of the month the Moon rises south of east and sets south of west. During the other half, it rises north of east and sets north of west.
