The Bounce Back Project is a unique collaborative effort aimed at impacting the lives of individuals, communities, and organizations by promoting health through happiness. Its purpose is to expand resilience by focusing on the positive, increasing well-being, and decreasing feelings of depression. Tools utilized include random acts of kindness, gratitude, social connections, mindfulness, and self-care, among others. Expressing gratitude is highlighted as a key factor in improving mental and physical well-being, leading to increased happiness and overall life satisfaction.
