THE MSF WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment at MSF is often changing,
uncertain, unstable
Sometimes you can "know how to do" but not
"be able to do" because of this environment
The new Bilan takes this into account
PHILOSOPHY OF THE BILAN
In the new Bilan you will be asked to what may
have made your work easier and what prevented
you from feeling at ease.
The employee is at the center of the new Bilan
and the manager supports them.
No more evaluations, now it's time for
professional development
