Instructions for SG Eco Fund Pitch Deck This is a sample template to highlight key points that you should include in your deck. Your deck should include sufficient information for the committee to understand your project without a presentation. Guiding points are provided on each slide. The maximum number of slides (excluding the title slide) is 12. No annexes or hidden slides are allowed. If your proposal is shortlisted, you will be invited to present a pitch to the evaluation committee. Please note that your pitch should not exceed 10 mins.

Explaining the Problem What problem(s) are you trying to address? Why is it important to address this problem? Who is your target audience? Provide evidence and statistics to help frame your problem, where possible
Proposed Solution Summary of project Key objectives Innovative aspects of the solution, if any
Implementation Plan Address the who, what, where, when, and how Timeline: key stages and their respective activities Identify both environmental and community engagement targets. Describe how you will measure the outcomes How might the project be sustained beyond the funding period?
Key Risks What factors might affect the timeline or your ability to deliver results? How will you ensure project success despite these concerns/risks?
Project Budget Overview Total funding requested from the SG Eco Fund Key cost items Alternative funding sources, if any
