Identify EU Nationals How did we identify? Identified Right to Work (RTW) status via HR /Payroll System. Small % of electronic records contained no nationality Manual look up via document management system required, carried out within HR.
Contact EU Nationals EU staff are our target audience EU staff contacted personally by mail about EU Settlement Scheme. Brexit working group formed comprising line managers and interested parties.
Online Communication & Support Online newsletter - Inform Brexit countdown (monthly) until March 2019. Quarterly updates until December 2020
Continued Support Through Process People project managed within HR Ongoing communication plan staff newsletter Inform . Quarterly Reminders Any changes communicated to individuals and wider staff base via private letters and staff newsletter.
