1. ASSOCIATION FOR THE SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF UNITY CROATIA HELPS ur a Adle i Zagreb, 12.10.2023.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION founded in 2014 founded on the initiative of the cities Zagreb, Osijek and Dubrovnik offices: Zagreb Bjelovar President: Mrs. ur a Adle i members: natural persons USJP OSA Sisak (Special Police Unit OSA Sisak Association)

3. OBJECTIVES promote equality and peacekeeping organise and provide assistance in demining activities promote social solidarity combat violence and discrimination

4. MAIN ACTIVITIES educating the civilian population on the dangers of mine and explosive devices specific groups: children, hunters, foresters, farmers, hikers and mountaineers, tourist workers training the trainers (for mine action education)

5. MAIN ACTIVITIES psychosocial empowerment of children (victims of war and conflict, victims of violence, children from foster families) working with Croatian war veterans and their family members (psychosocial empowerment programmes)

6. INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE activities with groups of children from Croatia but also other countries victims of war, violence, natural disasters Ukraine Syria Iraq BiH Armenia Libya

7. COOPERATION WITH UKRAINE first cooperation back in 2014 and 2015 mine action education for hunters collaboration with the Croatian Hunting Association projects of international development cooperation since 2021 in collaboration with the Ukrainian Deminers Association (UDA) Croatian Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs transfer of knowledge educating the civilian population, modes of operation in demininig education with war veterans, working with mine victims

8. COOPERATION WITH UKRAINE organising psychosocial empowerment for children from war-affected areas organised summer vacations with thematic content involvement of psychosocial empowerment experts, translators, psychologists

9. COOPERATION WITH UKRAINE collaboration with the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy organising summer schools for children of fallen Ukrainian defenders (2023) total number of children from Ukraine in the last two years ~ 240 children
