Grenada: Statistics Act NEXT Revision Approval Awaiting Approval New Institute PARIS21 reviewed and revised Grenada s Statistics Act to strengthen its national statistical system The Statistics Act was submitted to and approved by the Grenada Cabinet of Ministers The Statistics Act is awaiting approval by Parliament Once approved, the country hopes to establish a semi- autonomous Statistical Institute

  3. 3 2. Libya: NSDS This strategy aims to increase the capacity of the Libyan Bureau of Statistics and Census and all components of the statistical system. It provides an opportunity for organised statistical work, which aims to provide the necessary data for decision making on a sound basis and contribute to the process of state building and sustainable development.   4. 4 3. Mongolia: SDG Data National level workshop on NSDS and SDGs 1. Allow government agencies and other potential data producers to better understand their role in generating and compiling data for the SDGs 2. Introduction and adoption of ADAPT to map national development indicators and SDGs towards integration in the national planning process and the NSDS.
