 describes the diverse range of participants and
resources that are necessary for innovation and change.  Such a framework
models the relationships that are formed between entities whose functional
goal is to enable technology development and innovation.

 (University of Belize):
Q: Is Belize ready for digital transformation, in the context of the current
education system? Note education is one of the most critical components for
enabling digital transformation.

Public Utilities Commission):
On the matter of Cybersecurity and such threats, inclusive of communicating awareness to the
general populace, is there a specific institution in charge of oversight? Cybersecurity is key to
the success of digital transformation and ensuring confidence in the general populace for
embracing the transformation.
