  5. PTO Grant Process 2021-2022 Streamlined grant process gets supplies into your classrooms faster! Step 1: Email Grant Request to PTO southviewedinapto@gmail.com Include your name, address, Class/Grades supporting, Purpose of Grant, # students impacted, include a link to the item(s), and cost estimate. Step 2: PTO will Review and Decide You will receive an email from PTO with a message of Approved, Denied, or Need More Information. Step 3: Order & Fulfill Grant Items/Get Reimbursed For most items (if available for a competitive price on Amazon) the PTO will order directly for you and have items shipped to main office in your name. (this way you avoid the cash outlay & reimbursement process) If items not available on Amazon, then you order/purchase and submit receipts for reimbursement in the PTO box. Staple receipt to your Grant email. PTO Treasurer will send you an automated check via Wells Fargo. Step 4: Grants in Action PTO asks that you take a couple pictures of your grant items in use (with students or yourself) and email to the PTO along with some narrative/story about usage.
