Almostall sustainable development goals (SDGs) are reflected in strategic plans of central state bodies. Achievement of the goals is evaluated annually within the framework of the Assessment system. 3251 Underexpenditure decreased by 4 times (from 61 to 15 billion tenge) in 6 years of assessment DECREASE IN THE NUMBER OF STRATEGICTARGETS 2056 1324 1254 1037 1009 464 2010 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 2016 Kazakhstan ranked 57thin 2017 against 72ndin 2011 in the GCI (Global Competitiveness Index) Interrelation between targets and budget programs was for the first time indicated in state bodies strategic plans in 2016 specifying resources and result indicators. 2 times decrease in the rate of reallocated funds (from 10,1% in 2012 to 5,6% in 2015 .) KAZAKHSTAN RANKED 35THIN 2017 AGAINST 59THIN 2011 IN DOING BUSINESS REPORT The core list of 82 indicators was formed to monitor the performance of the local authorities 3 times reduction in the share of investment projects due to initial design and estimate cost increase (6,5% in 2015 against 21,9% in 2012). Internal control units were created in every state body with focus on preventive measure
