Printed Maltreatment Report Updates Address information displays next to the "Witness" person record in section I formatted as Location Name, Address Line 1 Address Line 2, City, State Zip code-Zip+4 County. "Location Name" displays in the vulnerable adult address in section A. Address information displays next to the "Other" person records in section J formatted as Location Name, Address Line 1 Address Line 2, City, State Zip code-Zip+4 County. "Street Address Line 1" displays with the "Location of Death" address. "Location Name" displays in the address for alleged perpetrators. 9/6/2024 9

  10. Printed Maltreatment Report Updates (Cont.) Address information displays next to the "Guardian" person record in section H formatted as Location Name, Address Line 1 Address Line 2, City, State Zip code-Zip+4 County. "Location Name" information now displays for the "Reporter" in section B. A new column is added to display the "County" information. Address information for the "Initial Reporter" person record in section C is added and includes Location Name, Address Line 1 Address Line 2, City, State Zip code-Zip+4 County. "Apt/Unit #" is added to the "Location of Incident" address on the printed report. 9/6/2024 10

  11. Printed Maltreatment Report Updates (Cont.) Address information displays next to the "Initial Reporter" person record in section C correctly formatted as Location Name, Address Line 1 Address Line 2, City, State Zip code-Zip+4 County. The previously used table for addresses is removed from this section. The "Location of Incident" address box correctly re-sizes for long addresses. The "Location of Death" address correctly displays the word "County" after the name of the Minnesota county. 9/6/2024 11

Child Foster Care Report Updates to Proofing message #1200: Invalid LNDX License Service Class - to accommodate the changes to Child Foster Residence Settings and the new Service Classes (e.g., Child Foster Residence Setting or DOC-Child Foster Residence Setting). A bug was detected and fixedwhen using setting Foster family home kin on the CFC that would display as proofing message 1210 Placement: A valid Placement does not exist for the service dates .
