  2. What We Do: SafeHouse (Emergency Shelter)- Max 6 months Welcome Home (Rapid Rehousing) Clinical/Crisis Services Companion Services- Hospital Based Legal Services (PO, Divorce, Custody, Economic Empowerment and Immigration)

  3. SafeHouse How it Works 2 Full Time Case Managers Life Skills Advocate Children's Advocate Housing Advocate SafeHouse Advocates 24/7/365

  4. SafeHouse- Continued Trauma Informed Care No curfew Communal Living Lethality Assesment Max 6 month stay- Average client has established perm plan within 3 months Women, Men & Children Very Few Rules (no aggression/bullying, no corporal punishment, no drugs or alcohol on site, confidenitlity)

  5. Rapid Rehousing Client meets with Case Managers Who refer to Life Skills Advocate to review budget, housing independence, barriers Who refers to Economic Empowerment (Evictions, Bankruptcy, Credit Counseling, Expungements, etc.) Who refers to Housing Advocate once income is established and housing parameters are established (i.e. monthly budget, safety, length of SARC support, expectation of monthly contact with Housing Advocate) Additional Supports: Childcare funds Utility back pay/assistance Landlord support
