SESLHD Improvement Academy Silver Level Training Expression of Interest What is Silver Level Training? Silver Level Training is a 6 month program designed to develop your improvement knowledge and skills. Completion of the program will empower you to test ideas in your workplace and build your capability to apply the science of improvement in your current role. You will be required to undertake an Improvement project as part of the Silver Level Training program. This may be completed individually or as part of a group. To make the program meaningful for you, your project and application of the content to your work are central to the program. Each participant must have an improvement project, new or already underway, that can be completed within six months in order to participate. What does Silver Level Training involve? o Pre-workshop Teleconference / Face to Face Session o 3 designated coaching sessions across the course of the program o 3 full day workshops (2 days at the beginning & 1 at the end of the program) o Completed project charter due ( via email. No attendance required) o Mid program Teleconference / WebEx 1 o Test of change log due (via email, no attendance required) o Holding the Gains WebEx 6 months after completing the program How do I get involved?
