Rubric for scoring the sabbatical applications
Sabbatical Leave Report Every faculty member who is awarded a sabbatical leave is required to submit a written report to the Provost via his or her academic dean, specifying what was accomplished during the leave. The dean will send the report to the Provost, who will send a letter of acknowledgement with a copy to the dean. The report must be included in future sabbatical leave applications.
