  6. What are road users telling us? RAC Report 2018 - The dangers posed by other motorists careless, aggressive or illegal driving remains a significant issue.The aggressive behaviour of other motorists which could include the likes of tailgating, undertaking or even road rage has been named as a top-four concern by 28% of UK motorists this year, while drink driving is a concern shared by 27%. IAM Driving Safety Culture - Aggressive drivers was the third most important problem while driving under the influence of drugs was seen as a bigger problem by twice as many drivers as drink driving.In terms of personal safety, the use of mobile phones for texting or e-mailing and the use of drugs and alcohol were seen as the biggest threats for over 9 in 10 motorists.
