Low- Moderate Income Area Benefit (LMA)
o
At least 51%* of residents are low- and moderate-income
Low- Moderate-Income Limited Clientele (LMI)
o
Require documentation to show at least 51%* of clientele served are low moderate income
o
Documentation must verify client income or Presumed LMI status
 
Low- Moderate-Income Housing Activity (LMH)
o
Providing or improving permanent residential structure(s) for low- moderate income persons
 
Low- Moderate Income Job Creation/Retention (LMJ)
o
Create/retain permanent jobs for low- moderate income persons
 
* 
Please Note that while at least 51% of the clientele served by each individual project
must qualify as LMI, the City of Riverside CDBG Program as a whole, must serve at least
70% Low-Moderate Income individuals.

Important to use all your funds for the year by this
date and submit invoices in a timely manner.

FUNDS MUST BE USED ON ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES AS DEFINED IN THE BUDGET. 
Any
changes for use must first be submitted in writing for approval.
 
o
PAYMENTS MADE ON A REIMBURSEMENT BASIS. 
Documentation of actual expenses
must be included with requests for payment.
 
o
EXTENSIONS TO PUBLIC SERVICE AGREEMENTS. 
Not provided. All Public Service
Agreements are awarded for one year only.
