  1. Rishi Sunaks new scheme grants British visas to 3,000 Indians Rishi Sunak s new scheme grants British visas to 3,000 Indians British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak approved a new youth mobility partnership scheme on Wednesday, which will ease getting UK work visas from UK employment visa agencies in Hyderabad. Young Indians with degrees between 18 and 30 can apply for one of the 3,000 yearly visas under this scheme, allowing them to reside and maintain employment in the United Kingdom for two years. This will happen as part of the UK-India Migration and Mobility Partnership (MMP) signed last year. This reciprocal scheme covering British nationals living and working in India will launch at the start of 2023. Sunak announced the program as a component of the UK s Indo-Pacific policy during the G20 Summit in Bali. He confirmed the new bespoke route during a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. According to Downing Street, India is the first visa-national country to benefit from such a program. It is being called a significant moment for the bilateral relationship between India and the United Kingdom, as well as for the broader commitment that the United Kingdom has made to forge stronger ties with the Indo-Pacific region to strengthen both the Indian and British economies. The launch of the UK-India Young Professionals Scheme demonstrates this commitment. It is also considered an effort to drive the ongoing negotiations for a free trade agreement (FTA), which is anticipated to continue until at least March of the following year. According to Downing Street, this free trade agreement would be the first of its kind that India has signed with a European nation. It would also boost the trading connection between the United Kingdom and India, which is currently valued at 24 billion GBP annually. It was pointed out that the United Kingdom has more links with India than almost any other country in the Indo-Pacific region. This is because nearly a quarter of all international students studying in the United Kingdom are from India, and Indian investment in the United Kingdom supports 95,000 jobs across the country.

  2. Sunak is scheduled to meet Xi Jinping, the Chinese President, during The G20 conference in Indonesia. This meeting will be the largest gathering of world heads in the region since before the coronavirus outbreak and will focus on issues about the broader Indo-Pacific area. The Indo-Pacific is becoming an increasingly important region for both our national security and our economic growth. It is bursting at the seams with vibrant economies that are expanding rapidly, and the next decade will be shaped by the events that take place in this region, remarked Sunak in advance of that gathering. According to Downing Street, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom plans to encourage China to use its position on the global stage responsibly to resolve geopolitical tensions, ensure regional stability, and play its part in tackling the devastating global impact of the war in Ukraine. It was revealed that work is currently being done on an update to the Integrated Review of the country s foreign policy priorities completed the previous year. This update would consider Russia s full-scale invasion of Ukraine and the evolving challenges posed by China. In the meantime, as part of that Integrated Review, the United Kingdom reaffirmed its dedication to establishing what it calls the broadest footprint of any European nation in the Indo-Pacific region. Following his meeting with Sunak, Modi stated that India places a premium on strong ties with the United Kingdom. The Ministry of External Affairs reported that the talks had covered trade, mobility, defense, and security. These acts will enable UK visa access to UK work permit visa agencies in Hyderabad. While in New Delhi, Modi and Singh discussed methods to strengthen business links, raise the scope of security cooperation in context of India s defense reforms, and make people-to-people ties even stronger, as Modi put it in a tweet. With things getting better between India and the UK, the procedure to get UK visas of all kinds from UK visa consultanciesin Hyderabad will be easy for all.
