How to get into richer picture The PPSD Richer Picture site is as follows: richerpicture.com/providence User Name: firstname.lastname (i.e. john.smith) Password: firstinitiallastinitial2013 (i.e. js2013) To change your password, click the My Profile link in the top right-hand corner of your home screen. You may also upload a photo here if you wish. You may further customize your home screen by visiting the Personalize link in the top right-hand corner as well. Office

  3. Screens: Home Page The home page screen will show you any messages that the district has given through Richer Picture. All other information can be accessed via the different sections listed in the top bar of this screen. Classes Once you click on classes, you will see three tabs: Show Classes, PBGR/On Track Report, and CCR Report

  4. Show Classes: Each individual student You may sort your students by using the dropdown box on the right. If you click on a student from this tab, you will see the student side of Richer Picture, including their contributions to their own success plans. This is where you will review what the student has put in their success plan. Please note that the student is the only one who can make changes to their success plan. You may review their success plan at any time, but if you would like to work through the plan with them and help them to add/change information, then you must have them login to the system to do that work.

  5. PBGR(high)/On Track(middle) Report This report provides important information about all of your students and their progress towards graduation. When looking at the report you will see average grades, attendance, test performance, and credits and diploma assessments at the high school level. Each of these fields can be clicked on for more in-depth information. This report is also where you can access the various success and improvement plans for each student.

  6. The College and Career Readiness (CCR) Report Designed to provide additional information about students as they prepare for life after high school. This report contains information around college preparedness, such as FAFSA completion and whether or not a student has taken the SATs. This report provides additional information to enhance the understanding of a student s post-secondary readiness

  7. How a student gets into Richer Picture The address for Richer Picture is as follows: richerpicture.com/providence When you enter this website, you will be asked for a username and password: Username: Your username is your student ID # (for example, 1234567) Password: Your password is your birthday, in numbers, with no spaces (for example, 01012013 for January 1, 2013) Once logged in, you will be able to change your password, as well as upload a picture and change your banner. To change your password, go to My Profile in the top right corner of the screen. To change your picture/theme banner, go to Personalize. Please keep in mind that any pictures you post will be visible to everyone, including your parent(s)/guardian, school administrators, guidance counselor, and advisor.
