  3. Introduction of The Project:- We are an initiative that uses networking organization where people from different educational backgrounds come together to enhance the education system in Sudan in order to increase its social importance in society. One of our main goals is to give teachers back their credibility and sense of importance towards society. We believe that education is the key for advancement and development, especially in a LEDC country such as Sudan. Through several studies it s clear that education in Sudan is lacking in so many ways: The curriculums are not well crafted The teachers are not well qualified even If they have the correct educational background they re qualified psychologically to deal with students The students do not get enough attention because schools are overpopulated Poor and old teaching methods that do not work well with the new fast moving world We at Your Institute Have created this initiative in order to address these problems

  4. System:- The idea of the system is based on a spider web The teachers are divided into clusters according to the areas in which they operate this helps the teachers by having them operate in areas close to them and makes managing them easier Each Cluster is run by a cluster manager their main job is to address any problem faces by teachers and accept new requests within the boarders of their cluster At the center of the web is the CEO then on the second layer the department managers and the layer after it the marketing and accounting teams then the cluster managers who also form individual webs with the teachers below them

  5. Policy and Rules:- Dress code Safety procedures Harassment policies Appropriatebehavior Technology use Discipline

  6. Demands:- There are around 3,169 schools with 79 thousand students on minimum approximation the number of students is greatly larger than the school capacity with each school housing over 2000 students this creates a huge gap in the market. This lack of service generates unqualified graduates which go on to become employees in many different companies these companies also require a training service in many different educational department English being the most requested.

  7. Marketing Potentiality The lack of quality education in Sudan is no secret to anyone. Companies just as much as other forms of corporations notice the lack of qualified employees even though there are plenty of grade holders. Grades and certificates have lost their meaning as education has lost its sincerity. This gab known by both employees and employers allow for a great marketing opportunity for an educational initiative such as this one. For we promise personalized efficient methods of education Our surveys show that more than 70% of adults in Sudan have a problem with English and they know it . All of which are willing to pay for decent English education. Companies are none the wiser they too need their employees trained in the English arts of speaking, writing and listening and are willing to pay for decent courses to prepare their employees

  8. Marketing Approach Offline: Sample- when a new product or service is being introduced into the market the their is usually a trial/sample we could create a small page that explains very well something in English in a fun way to allow them to understand that English is a fun and easy language to learn as well as the idea that we are different will come across as the explaining style will be unique compared to other institutes in Sudan. Business cards- talking to customers allowing them to realize that we are well spoken then handing out a business card Event- the Sudanese community is one for information and interest if we can host a small event allowing people to understand how easy it is as well as promoting who we are as people as well as people will grow interest after they see a small section of how we work If we can also make work deals with different companies by making them market us and we better train their staff for English classes.

  9. Marketing Approach Online: Video Campaigns Social Media pages Competitions online English clubs Regular posted English advices Participating in online events relevant to our work

  10. Competitor analysis Amjad Ali Alderdery : a private English teacher 8000SDG monthly 2 classes per week. Rifqa Hassan: math teacher she takes 4000SDG monthly 3 classes per week. Aya Mohammed Othman: physics teacher for IGCSE 12,000 monthly, 3 classes per week. Weaknesses: -there is no institution that brings together tutors. -price ranges differs beyond reason.-most of them only have access to family and friends as well as neighbors. -most of them are only known by hearsay without the knowledge of their qualifications. -there is no true trust for teachers that are less known even if they are qualified. Strength: -Private tutors afford better income. -Offer better teaching services. -more trusted than what is provided in school

  11. Business Plan for a Year in Quarters Target: Kids section 100 students per month 100*4000= 400, 000 (84,000) 21% commission for us = 316,000 given to teachers IGCSE section 100 students per month 100*6500= 650,000 (195,000) 30% commission given to us = 455,000 given to teachers Training section 1 company per month, about 10 employees per company. 10*5000= 50,000 (25,000) commission to us = 25,000 given to teachers The institute do not acquire a commission from those who operate as both Cluster Managers and Teachers

  12. There are 10 of them 5 of them for IG section 195,000 9,750* = 185,250 5 of them for the kids section 84,000 4,200* = 79,800 9,750* = (6,500* 30*5)\ 100 4,200* = (4,000* 21*5)\ 100 Total Income for your institute 79,800+185,250+25,000= 290,050 per month Variable Costs for Teachers: - Past Papers (Approximately 1,800) Certificates (15*200=3,000) Name tags (Will be subtracted from the teacher s salary 100 SDG) The total Variable Cost is approximately 5,000. The total Fixed Cost is 110,000 for employees excluding teachers. The total Cost 115,000. The managers will get 35,000*3 = 105,000 The total income of Your institute is 290,050 The Total cost 220,000 = 70,050 Therefore, the net income will be 70,050 In worst case scenario in which the institute manages to reach this target we ll make 70,000 as additional profits which will be added to saving in short, we ll make 840,000 a year.
