Things that help it: Knowledge Keeping company with good people & avoiding bad ones supplication
Condition: Sincerity to Allah Feeling regret for past sins Quitting the sin Determining not to commit the sin again Returning the right of other people that relate to the sin
Peoples wrong practices about it: Repent for others. Postponing it. Continue doing it. Don t value it.
Benefit: Allah will be Pleased Sins are forgiven Reward of Jannah. Peace of mind.
