The Home Visit Program aims to re-engage out-of-school youth by identifying their enrollment status and providing appropriate resources. Teams of volunteers visit assigned homes to target students who have dropped out, are chronic absentees, or are not meeting performance standards. The program emphasizes engaging students to return to high school, improving attendance, and offering support to families. Volunteers must commit to the entire event, respecting confidentiality during potentially sensitive conversations.
