Prototype Simulation of Low Temperature Heating Using Heat Stick Version D
Thinner and longer heater tines attached to absorber blocks show promising results in the pre-brazing setup. Analysis of temperature profiles and stress/deflection units reveals the effectiveness of 1kW heater application. Comparisons indicate very little difference between using a heater and not, suggesting the former as the optimal choice for the low-temperature heating prototype.
