Protocols for Building Entry Building Entrance Employees will only be able to enter the KNC Building through the main side doors then proceed to the Sanitation Room Room 204 See Map Social Distance will be maintained while waiting to enter the Building 2 m / 6 ft 2 m / 6 ft
Protocols for Building Entry Entrance and Exit Entrance is only thru the main doors, Exits are on the South and North Sanitation Room 204 Up stairs Downstairs
Protocols for Building Entry First Floor Direction of travel is indicated by the arrow Delivery Sanitization Station The ramp will be used for large deliveries only, which will be required to follow protocols. Upstairs Downstairs

Protocols for Building Entry Sanitizing Room Room204 After Entering the Buildings, Employees are to proceed to Sanitizing Room All personal and work items to be disinfected at a sanitation station Items to be cleaned are the outside of any bags, and any other items brought into the building
Protocols for Building Entry Sanitizing Room Room204 Wipe down the sanitation station tables after disinfecting your personal items and dispose of all wipes bins provided in in the Custodians will dispose of materials in bins.
Protocols for Building Entry Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Employees wanting to don a mask are asked to purchase or make a cotton washable mask. Cotton masks will be needed to be washed each day.
Protocols for Building Entry Guest and Visitors Guest and or visitors are strongly discouraged at this time. Visitors will be instructed on Entry Policy & Procedures of the KNC Building prior to their arrival. Visitors will be directed to the Sanitizing Room to disinfect their items and check in with Reception.
Protocols for Building Entry General Public Access At this time, there will be no access for the general public.
Protocols for Building Entry Deliveries There will be a designated shipping and receiving areas, separate from the general office areas. Personnel handling mail and parcels to wear PPE to receive parcels and will sanitizing the exterior of packages, removing items from boxes and appropriately discarding packing materials.
