  6. What can you do to fix this? What can I do to help? What do you think about what happened now? Do you see things differently?

  7. The Results of Working in this Way Why do we do it this way? There is no need to punish children if they are happy with the solution Parents are informed so they can support their children, not so they can punish them. Children learn skills to use as they grow up. Children become more resilient as they learn to understand how others feel and what causes conflict. We have dealt with what has happened and repaired any damage or hurt that has been caused. Children can move forward. Situations are LESS LIKELY to happen again.
