Indicate your overall satisfaction with the RN-to-BSN program 100% of respondents indicated very satisfied (57%) or well satisfied (43%) with the RN-to-BSN program. 2. Would you recommend the ISU RN-to-BSN program to others? 100% of respondents indicated they would recommend the RN-to- BSN program to others.

When you graduated from the RN-to-BSN program, what was your employment status? 100% of respondents indicated they were employed as a RN when they graduated from the program. 4. If you were employed as a RN before attending ISU, did a BSN degree lead to an increase in pay? 43% of respondents indicated earning their BSN led to an increase in pay compared with 57% of respondents did not receive an increase in pay after completing their BSN.

Did earning a BSN degree lead to a new opportunity or promotion within your organization? 29% of respondents indicated the earning a BSN degree led to a new opportunity or promotion within their organization. 6. Did earning a BSN lead to a new opportunity with a different employer? 43% of respondents indicated earning their BSN led to a new opportunity with a different employer.

Are you currently enrolled in a graduate program? 14% of respondents indicated they were currently enrolled in a graduate program. 8. If you are not currently enrolled in a graduate program, are you considering enrolling in a graduate program in the next two years? 33% of respondents indicated they we considering enrolling in a graduate program in the next two year.
