In this event, we follow the principles of a safer space. We strive to ensure that everyone is met as their own self and that no one has to fear discrimination or harassment. Therefore, we ask all those involved in the event to adhere to the following principles. 1. We are equal and diverse. Everyone has the right to participate. We are committed to anti- discrimination and anti-racism. 2. We don't assume. We respect everyone's right to self-determination and do not make assumptions about gender, sexual orientation, religion, family relationships or other background of a person. 3. We give space for everyone to participate. We pay attention to our word choices; we all respect each other and we encourage everyone to participate. 4. We address harassment and do not accept hate speech. We deal with harassment and hate speech when we perceive or become aware of them. XXX will be the contact person for this during the event. / Please, let the facilitators of the training know if you face any situations, you face this kind of situation. 5. We wonder together. We welcome questions and learn from mistakes.
Extra text in the call: Accessible and sustainable sustainable Accessible and Our activities are accessible to people with disabilities. If you need a support person, accessible room and transport or supporting tools, we will provide it for you. You can tell us your needs in beforehand so that we can be ready. We take sustainability in consideration where we can. Since most participants have to fly over the sea to Finland, we encourage you to travel on land within Finland. We also encourage you to contact your own national agency to find out how they support low-emission travelling to activities abroad. We provide plant-based meals, or use locally grown and produced foods, as much as possible. We also respect the diets and food allergies of all participants.
