TC: Before we start, I’d like to get a sense of who’s in the room. Raise your hand if:

o You sometimes get uncomfortable talking about racism and racial equity – we probably all have this in common

o You want to talk about it anyway – I hope a lot of us have this in common

o You want to be prepared to lead tough conversations about racial equity in your job

TC: Turn to a neighbor and at least one of you provide an example of a tough question someone has asked you about racial equity as it relates to your work.
