Problem
statement
The purpose of this paper is to analyze Big Data processing
technologies as well as to develop practical guidance to
installing and working with the Apache Hadoop big data
analysis ecosystem for its perspective application in
universities. Specialists in the field of big data are in great
demand, and with knowledge of Hadoop they are
irreplaceable, since this system is fundamental and simpler
analogues are based on it. This article can be used as the
practical guidance to familiarize students with Apache
Hadoop technology, as well as to provide theoretical material
on “Big Data” technology.

Solution
methods
Big Data refers to a set of methods for processing large
volumes of diverse data that are too complex to be dealt with
by traditional methods. But we successfully employed a
specialist approach which includes interface methods,
constructor methods, and implementation methods.
Big Data are used for better solutions in all spheres of
economic activity: 
Product decision making;
Marketing;
Healthcare;
Customer experience;
Machine learning 
Thus, the knowledge of Apache Hadoop big data analysis
ecosystem has great  perspectives for  application it  in
universities

The detailed instructions for installing and
operating "Apache Hadoop" were developed.

Launching the Hadoop big data analysis
ecosystem in educational process students and
graduates will have:
 great amount of benefits for storing and
finding any kind of information; 
bigger opportunities to meet the employer’s
requirement and be competitive at job hiring.
Conclusion:
In the research the basic principles of working with
"Big data" were formulated as well as the key
definitions were given. Moreover, the paper deals
with the Apache Hadoop big data analysis
ecosystem.  Due to a large number of different
components and solutions, as well as the active
support of the platform developers’ community, the
system provides ample opportunities for analyzing
and storing data of any size and type. Therefore the
Apache Hadoop big data analysis ecosystem needs
to be learned at universities as it has benefits to
improve professional qualification of graduates.
