Please follow these easy steps to create a social media post promoting your registration to ICTD/APM-ATS 2024.
1.
Select the slide that applies to your registration

Click “Insert” > “Picture” > select where you are uploading your picture from:

Select a photo of yourself that you would like to include.
4.
Resize and reposition your image to fill the circle guide. You can crop your image to a shape. To do so, click
“Picture Format” > “Crop” > “Crop to Shape”
5.
Next fill in your name, organization, and title to replace the template text.
6.
Click “File” > “Export”
7.
Click “Change File Format” and select the jpeg option > “Save As”
8.
Rename your file
9.
Click “Save” – if a pop-up appears, select “Just This Slide”
10.
If you need to resize your image to fit different social media channels specifications, here are the sizes you will
need:
Facebook – 940x788 px | Twitter – 1600x900 px | Instagram – 1080x1080 px | LinkedIn – 1200 x 1200px
