2015 Annual STMSO Meeting, Pittsburgh, PA Workforce Development was identified as a key issue of interest for those in the field of TSM&O. The System Operations Strategies Working Group added a Workforce Development Webinar Series to the 2-year Work Plan. Webinar 1 A presentation of currently available training classes and materials from the FHWA, JPO, and others. Webinar 2 Examples of effective model training programs within and outside of the TSM&O practice, and a review of previous research.
