MANDATE THE CONSTITUTIONAL MANDATE RELEVANT TO FREEDOM PARK INCLUDES: Honor the heroes and heroines of the struggles for freedom and humanity by memorialization and storytelling that narrates a story spanning a period of 3.6 billion years through the following seven epochs: Earth, ancestors, peopling, resistance and colonization, industrialization and urbanization, nationalism and struggle, and nation-building and continent-building. Freedom Park is governed by inter alia the following legal framework.

CHALLENGES & DSAC INTERVENTION NO CHALLENGES DSAC INTERVENTION No salary increments to employees for four (4) years The Entity to consider a once off bonus to employees to increase moral, if the salary increase, was not possible. 1 Ninety-nine (99) year old lease agreement of Freedom Park Meeting between Department of Public Works (DPW) and DSAC to assist with the process of transfer of the land to the Entity and way forward on the pending matter between DPW and Freedom Park. 2 The lease liability is over 5 billion compared to assets of 5 million of the Entity
